Hired to maximize light and space within a stunning residence set in the British Countryside, Rose Narmani Interiors created a space for their client that masterfully encompasses contemporary and luxury into one. An international design house specialising in luxury residential projects around the world, founder Rose Narmani runs the London-based studio. Originally from the Middle East, today Rose and her exceptional team design elegant, sophisticated, and timeless interiors tailored to the style and preferences of each of their clients. A Light & Welcoming Space

As you enter the 428 square foot home a spacious entrance hallway greets you, with beautiful elevated ceilings and an iconic staircase. The original staircase was removed with a newly designed staircase installed which acts as a key architectural feature in the home. The original beams were also removed to create more space and proportion through the property. Above all, the new staircase in the entrance creates a charming welcoming feel with a statement introduction as to what to expect for the rest of the property.

By removing the original ceiling we were able to create double-height space allowing for the whole design to breathe and to capture every moment of the natural daylight there is.

Organic elements offer rich, layered textures throughout the home. Further, the combination of these textures with the dark colour palette and neutral tones give the home a serene yet masculine vibe. Further, contrasting accents throughout the space give this home an expressive and intriguing element. All whilst still keeping luxury and quality as its top priority.

The Great Room

This incredible space uses bespoke detailing along with a plethora of the finest quality materials. In short, these details create the ultimate luxurious living space within this British countryside retreat! Further adding to the space’s allure, original windows act as a reminder of the history of the house whilst creating a sense of grandeur.

The Main Living Space

The open-plan area in the home is an elegant and cosy living space that captures Rose’s sophisticated style. Moreover, subtle yet colourful artwork lines the walls to enhance the decor and add warmth to the space.

Beauty In the Kitchen & Baths

The kitchen and bathrooms received modern updates. New baths and showers, as well as contemporary fittings and finishes, revived the bathrooms. Then, in the kitchen, new units and appliances created a modern sophisticated look.

Sitting Room Glamour

The sitting area features a bespoke fireplace made of luxurious dark marble acting as one of many focal points in the home.

The Formal Dining Room

The spacious formal dining room space encompasses a contemporary dining style.

Bedrooms

Dark, lattice wood flooring adds depth to the bedrooms. Moreover, relaxing seating areas add a sense of comfort to the spaces. In addition, beautiful glass-paned doors and windows offer views of the beautiful exterior garden.

Wrapping Up

Each space throughout this project is masterfully handcrafted to create bespoke and carefully designed joinery. New finishes for the floor and walls, cornices, lighting, doors, skirting, joinery, furniture, and window treatments were installed to conform with the design aim of creating a more contemporary and lighter space.
